have obtained certificates of denationalisation may only
carry on trade and purch_se land in the troaty ports.

special privileges under the treaties with rosultant compli-

This Bureau having investigated the matter and found the
facts us stated now issues this certificate to be retained
by the applicant as proof of his status.
